Nathan has a Certificate IV in Fitness and has worked within the fitness industry for 6 years and has experience as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and mentor. Nathan specialises in individual and small group personal training. He has qualifications in Advanced Strength Training for Personal Trainers, X-Training, Performance Boxing, Kettlebell Essentials for Personal Trainers and Steps for a Successful Bootcamp. Nathan’s passion for fitness has inspired his health and lifestyle and his desire to help others change their lives for the better. Nathan uses his training as a process to not only give his clients rewarding sessions and programs, but to help coach, educate and direct them to their end goals in a step by step progression. Nathan utilises each workout as an opportunity to push limits and inspire life changing results.
