Mitch completed his completed his cert IV in personal training through The Australian Institute of Personal Trainers. Mitch has always lead a very active lifestyle playing a variety of sports but mainly soccer and he has been quite successful as a runner.

Mitch has a strong passion for crossfit and running and in particular he loves coaching the Savvy Push classes that incorporate both these aspects. Mitch has a very relaxed outlook and a fun approach to training but don’t underestimate him, he’s always ready to push you to achieve your best.
