Katie Walsh

Head Trainer

Katie is a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness specialist and Yoga teacher sporting over 15 years within the Health and Fitness industry, 7 of which was in the role of a Sport & Fitness TAFE teacher. Katie joined Pat Farmer, ultra marathon runner, as Crew Manager and Trainer in 2011 as he ran and average of two marathons per day from North Pole to South Pole in an effort to raise funds for the International Red Cross. She went on to join him on a number of other events including the Middle East Peace Run and the Spirit of India Run as a valued Crew Member.

Katie has always been based in the Illawarra and has created a strong rapport with the Fitness Industry in the area and it’s community. She is completely invested in her clients and their health and fitness goals with a strong alignment to overall mobility and functionally. Katie helps her clients to not only achieve their goals but aspire to be the best version of themselves.
