Josh has his Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training & has been working with Savvy since 2015, assisting clients in achieving their health & fitness goals. He has also completed his Bachelor in Exercise Science at UOW and his Masters in Strength and Conditioning at Edith Cowan University.
Josh’s area of expertise is specific strength & conditioning & works with various Rugby League teams including The Cronulla Sharks and The St George, Illawarra Dragons.
