“The river cuts through the rock, not because of it’s strength, but because of it’s persistence”
Coming from a sporting background, movement has always been an essential part of Claire’s lifestyle and something that she has a strong passion for. She moved from my home town of Lake Cargelligo, 6 hours west of Wollongong, in 2011 to pursue this passion for movement through a degree in Exercise Science at UOW. Since then, in addition to completing her degree, she have gone on to complete her Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness and Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment, and a Masters in Exercise Physiology at CSU and Masters in Work, Health and Safety at UOW.
Claire loves having the opportunity to effect change in people’s lives through their engagement in physical activity and providing a positive outlook on exercise, health and wellbeing.
She always brings lots of intensity to any session and loves seeing the look on people’s faces when they get through a tough session that they didn’t think they would be able to do. Claire loves to build upon her knowledge and expertise and has also completed her Performance Boxing certification & her Schwinn Indoor Cycling certification.
