Bre is a big believer in living life with a healthy body and a healthy mind. She completed her Bachelor of Psychology in Adelaide and shortly afterwards completed her Cert III and IV in Fitness through the AIPT.
Since graduating, Bre has worked as a tennis coach in the USA, completed a Masters in Sport Exercise and Coaching in Ireland and worked as a school counsellor and personal trainer in Alice Springs. Bre is currently studying at UOW. She has always lived an active lifestyle playing tennis, soccer, netball, yoga, skiing and surfing.
Bre works closely with each client ensuring she has a good understanding of their goals, and how training will fit into their lifestyle. She is determined to help you have enjoyable, but challenging sessions.
