Positive Change Program
This program will help you make the positive changes necessary to be happy and healthy, the program is also about inspiring positive change in others. The program runs for 8 weeks and you will receive 2 body assessment/measure, PC diary and access to positive change Facebook group. We will be providing you with the direction and guidance you need to get serious about your health, fitness and overall lifestyle.
