Conferences

If you are looking for something a little different to provide for your delegates at your next conference then look no further. We deliver fitness sessions, challenges and workshops catered to your conference needs.

Corporate

We deliver fitness classes and programs for corporate groups and can cater programs around company goals and objectives. Corporate training is a speciality of ours and we pride ourselves in making an impact at your workplace.

Schools

We provide fitness classes and programs for schools both staff focused and student focused. Our trainers will come to the school grounds or schools can use our facilities. Our trainers are skilled and equipped to engage students and staff. We aim to create a lasting impression to encourage active, healthy lifestyles and work with syllabus outcomes.

Savvy Seniors

We run morning and afternoon classes for our seniors. To qualify for our seniors classes you must be 65 years of age or older. We work on overall fitness, strength, balance and skills that ensure our seniors remain independent and in their own homes for longer. Our Savvy Seniors classes have a great social aspect to, which is arguably the greatest benefit for many of our participants.

Savvy Mums (and Dads)

All 9.15am classes are classified as Savvy Mums classes. At these classes we provide a trainer who delivers the session as well as a CHILDREN'S CHAMPION who assists parents with children to get the best workout. These classes run everyday of the week at both North Wollongong and Bulli locations and we offer a variety of programs. These classes are designed to cater for parents so that they can bring their children with them. Our Children's Champions make sure the children have a great time too!
