This can be an incredibly stressful time for you, but more so for them. Exercise has been proven to be an excellent antidote for stress. Exercise is one of many ways to quickly and effectively handle the body’s chemical stress response, restore mental focus and channel nervous energy.
Exercise helps clear the mind to focus, it also reduces fatigue, restlessness, lifts mood & improves sleep quality. An increased mental fitness builds your capacity to deal with the next stressful situation and will really help your child to stay focused & find relief during what is possibly, for them, the greatest stress they have encountered to date.
At Savvy we truly believe in the power of movement & would like to help you provide stress management for your children currently studying in their final years at school. If you are an active Savvy member we would like to invite your Year 11 & Year 12 aged children to participate in Savvy outdoor classes for FREE for the duration of Year 11 & Year 12.
