Through a personal approach you will be guided and assisted with your training to successfully achieve your goals.

Savvy Fitness are Wollongong’s leading Fitness Professionals in Outdoor Personal Training. Savvy endeavours to raise the standard and profile of Personal training in Australia.

We aim to achieve a consistent pattern of training that will enable you to reach your health and fitness goals quicker! Savvy’s Personal Trainers are dedicated to making you accountable and helping you be as consistent as possible with your training and positive lifestyle behaviours.

All Personal Training Packages include FREE & UNLIMITED use of our group training schedule. Our clients are encouraged to compliment their personal training programs with additional group training sessions each week. View group training schedule.

Savvy is the Wollongong Campus for the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers, we are established as the local experts as we deliver Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training and mentor many up and coming trainers.

 

Savvy PT Program

Savvy offers personal Training at both North Wollongong and Bulli beaches. Our programs are flexible and aimed at being as convenient as possible for our client’s. We will provide all equipment for you as well as prescribe safe and effective exercises that will suit your individual needs.

Our personal Trainers will offer you support, encouragement and guidance through out your program whilst implementing creative strategies that will keep you excited about your sessions each week!

The Savvy team will specifically tailor a program that is right for you and deliver it in a way that is truly unique and creative combining all 3 components of an effective program; exercise, nutrition and motivation.

All our personal trainers are fully qualified and insured.

At Savvy our Personal Training programs are results driven. Working one on one with our client’s we aim to reach their health and fitness targets by:

  • Assessing and reassessing your current level of fitness
  • Working with you to devise personal health and fitness goals; and then
  • Design and implement an individually tailored regime to help you achieve those goals quickly and safely
  • We understand that among busy schedules and day to day living you need to stay motivated so that you get the most out of your Personal Training program! That is why, at Savvy we have not only 1 but a minimum of 2 Qualified Fitness Professionals working on your program design as well as your face to face training to ensure that your sessions stay stimulating, enjoyable and continually motivating.

Student Rates $25.50 per week
Multi Visit Packs $18.00 per session
Savvy Mums $15.00 per session with excellent flexibility
Personal Training
One on One $791 hour session
Partner Training $59per person / per session
Small Group Training $49per session
PLUS FREE Unlimited Group Training
All Personal Training Packages include unlimited Group Training AT NO EXTRA CHARGE
