A 45 minute group fitness class which focuses on improving important fitness components for people over 65 years of age. This program is designed to improve and/or maintain cardio vascular fitness, strength, functional movement, balance and mobility to keep you confident and self sufficient well into your 90s. Savvy Seniors promotes a friendly, interactive and engaging atmosphere which has proven to improve self confidence, social interaction and happiness. Activities are inclusive of all abilities, age appropriate and accommodating for special conditions.
