Head Trainer Mitchell Nielsen

Having represented the region and state in a wide variety of sports (athletics, rugby league, cricket and touch football), movement has always been central to Mitch’s life. His passion for sport and fitness in general encouraged him to complete a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science) at Wollongong University and he is currently undertaking his Master of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning). Through personal experience and his studies, Mitch has been exposed to the advanced physiology, anatomy and psychology that underlies all things health and fitness. With his knowledge and passion for exercise, Mitch aims to improve his client’s quality of life and is committed to getting results.
