 Mitch  completed his cert III in group training in 2008 and recently completed his cert IV in personal training through The Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.
Mitch has always lead a very active lifestyle playing a variety of sports but mainly soccer and he has been quite successful as a runner.
Mitch has a strong passion for cross fit and running and in particular he loves the savvy push classes that incorporate both these aspects. Mitch has a very relaxed personality and fun approach to training but don’t underestimate him, he’s always ready to push for results.
