Growing up in the small country town of Cowra, Mikaela spent most of her time outdoors, playing sport. Because of this, she developed a love of sport and movement from an early age.
Having competed competitively in many sports Mikaela understands hard work, commitment and determination.
In 2012 she moved to the ‘big smoke’ to study a Bachelor of Exercise Science at UOW. Since then, she has further progressed her education in the field of health sciences and is currently completing her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
Fascinated by the profound benefits of exercise and how it impacts health so holistically, Mikaela sought her accreditation to become an accredited personal trainer to be able to share her knowledge and help people enjoy movement.
With the positive, vibrant attitude she brings to every class, and her knowledge of exercise prescription, you’ll be sure to get a great workout, and feel proud knowing you gave it all you’ve got!
