Annabelle has completed her Certificate III and IV in Fitness with the Australian Institute of Fitness and has attained instructor certificates for performance boxing, kettlebell training and conditioning and snow ski instructing.
Annabelle comes from an active background with experience in athletics, dance and snow sports. She has a strong passion for health and believes that good health and fitness decisions positively influence all aspects of your life.
Annabelle strives to help others lead healthier lives and reach their health and fitness potential. Her sessions are creative, challenging, and goal focused. She will motivate you to push that little bit further and have fun in the process.
